You have to watch this terrific video by Steve, who tells it like it is:
And this one by Chad, who was excommunicated for publishing the Men on a Mission calendar. Then a week after graduation, Brigham Young University actually revoked his college degree.

Wait a minute - After watching Chad's video, did I understand correctly? You must be a Mormon to attend & graduate from BYU, AND to maintain your 'degree?' Who in the world would accredit any university with such ridiculous requirements?
You got it bud. I read a little about the case, and it appears that religious schools and colleges can set whatever requirements they like, if they aren't taking federal money. Some are accredited, some not, there's a bunch of them right here in TX.
But I agree, it sucks the big one.
So the Mormon church's stance is 'better a dead mormon than a gay one'? How horrific a place that church must be.
Kudos to the gentleman in the video for saving himself from their 'teachings'.
Isn't YouTube a great outlet and resource for people like Steve, Chad and so many others to reach out and tell it like it is. I applaud them.
Yes videos and, um, blogs are a wonderful development in this latter age for breaking down the walls of silence and isolation that imprisoned us for so long.
