This was my mama's favorite. She would have turned 89 this month, strange to think. I'm glad she is in a better place than this rough old world.

I wish one day I'll have the time to get into all that "country music". There is a lot of great stuff! American country music has a huge influence on french-canadian folk music!

Not at all, this is a traditional hymn that everyone knows down here in the South - at least a hundred years old, maybe more.
