And an old Jew at the lunch counter back in 1969 told me (I didn't ask) that homosexuality is caused by eating pork. A web site I saw recently stated that New Orleans was hit by Katrina, not because of rampant homosexuality but rampant Catholicism - which causes rampant homosexuality. Ah, the complex world of cause and effect.
By the way, my Canon produces movies in AVI format so I directly upload to blogger. I can, but rarely do, edit, as I am a lazy SOB. I already spend way too much time here.
Man I'd love to feel the earth shake under my old bones once in a while.
Frank - oh I'm sure it's true what they say about Catholicism, I've known several Catholic men - in the Biblical sense. Grin. But never any strictly kosher guys . . . now there's a study/survey just begging to be done.
Stan - understand, I'd appreciate a quiver or two, myself.
Well, all I know is that Washington, DC passed a gay marriage bill and it got more snow than ever. I guess hell froze over.
Just kidding of course. And now for a serious point: the second commandment forbids taking the name of the Lord in vain. Most people will see that as outlawing cuss words. I think it really means putting words in God's mouth, saying things in his name that were never his intent. And so many who speak in his name violate this commandment repeatedly. When are they going to get their earthquake, snowmaggedon, or whatever?
"hell froze over" . . . ROFLMAO Sebastian.
But yes, why is it that God is always *supposedly* on the side of the oppressors? What the hell kind of God is that? Obviously, the self-justifying kind, made in man's image.
It would feel nice to feel the earth move uder my feet.
Ray
I was going to say "it does when it's done right."
Hahahaha. True.
