My hearing is failing to the degree that I cannot make out any words in this type of musical rendition without subtitles. The cacophony of voices and accompaniment is too much, almost painful. It is just gibberish to me (and I know it's not Latin!). Getting old is no fun.

No, it's not fun getting old; like riding along in a rusty, rattling old truck that the parts keep falling off of - only you *are* the truck. Ha.

My hearing is okay (knock wood) but I can't make out the words in these choral recordings, either, if it's an unfamiliar tune. The attraction for me is the purity of the young voices, a sort of angelic quality. The lyrics are at the Wikipedia link if you care to read them.
