That must be a great relief. We'll be in the 50s. Predictions are that current snow pack will be so far below average that the Rio Grande my run dry this summer as far up stream as Albuquerque. Climate change is a problem everywhere.

It might just be the Rio Grande. Back when all the cool kids were going to San Francisco in the Summer of Love, I was visiting relatives in Albuquerque - and much to my disappointment, the Great River was just a tiny trickle about a foot wide at the bottom of a big, dusty ditch. M.P., an El Pasoan, says it varies considerably in size depending on the time of year.
