Why that exception did not result in a swift and decisive prosecution for the guilty parties is more than your Head Trucker can understand.
Future historians will marvel at how quietly we handed our democracy over to destruction, in faithful obedience to the Constitution and the laws. God help us all.

Both Biden and Harris made strong statements in reference to the peaceful transition and the exception four years ago. What more can be done at this point? Biden should issue a full pardon to the J6 Committee members and anyone who testified. And I hope he has a few more surprises for the MAGAts.
I'm not sure the pardon idea would work - accepting a pardon means you admit you were guilty of something, no? But who's to say Trump wouldn't revoke anything Biden does? I'm not sure that would be legal, either, but do you think he would care? And who could or would stop him?
It's all too grotesque and ghastly to think about.
