This brought back memories of listening to my parent’s old wind-up gramophone. They had a vocal version, from the 40’s, but I can’t remember who the singer was. Gene Austin perhaps?
I love this, thank you. My mom was a singer in the 40s in Seattle. We used to hear songs of this era, growing up. It brings back childhood memories. Hope all is well with you and yours.

Tim - I don't know of a vocal version beside the famous Fats Domino one. Wikipedia shows many vocalists recorded the tune before Fats did.
Roger - Thanks, glad you like.
