Marriage News Watch, 1/5/15: Florida!

Matt Baume of the American Foundation for Equal Rights reports:




Actually, a Miami judge already gave the green light to same-sex marriage this morning, and couples are lined up down there waiting to be getting married even as I type:

Florida is now the 36th state with marriage equality, plus the District of Columbia.
