Gay park ranger Mark Foley, who was featured in a story on Joe.My.God. a couple of years ago as shown above, encourages you to put Florida state parks on your vacation destination list. Who wants to go with me?
BTW - Ranger Foley is no relation to the disgraced Florida Congressman of the same name.

I remember stopping at a Florida State Park or something like a state park while crossing the Everglades. I said, "Let's stop and go for a hike." About 30 feet down the trail we see an alligator across the trail, maybe 20 feet ahead of us. I said, "Let's not go for a hike, let's get the hell out of here!"
I'm sure Florida has some nice State Parks. I'm just sayin'.
And there was no hunky cute ranger to protect us.
When you walk in the woods, do it with a ranger. Wink.
