That's what pornmakers Larry Flynt and Joe Francis are asking from Congress, saying they should get a piece too when the government is bailing out the financial industry and auto industry. They say 5 billion is needed to rescue the porn business, which has gone limp fast.
Porn DVD sales are down 22 percent. According to Flynt, “People are too depressed to be sexually active,” Flynt said in a news release. “This is very unhealthy as a nation. Americans can do without cars and such, but they cannot do without sex.”
Damn. If the porn industry goes under, what would we do? Guess people would have to make their own.
Well, I'm patriotic, be glad to do my part and stick up for the American way of life. Where can I go to volunteer?
