Not my idea of a pleasant, relaxing beach. Been there once or twice. Too many people. Too many condos. Too many businesses. The water is too warm. The air is too humid. And it’s in Florida. I’ll take Cape Cod any day.
Thanks, Davis. We had cloudy weather and a merciful 88 degrees today. Thursday it was 103 and hot AF! That "heat dome" you've heard about is real. We are no strangers to 100+ days down here, but this was something new - and godawful.
Frank - spoken like a true Connecticut Yankee! But you can keep Cape Cod. The water's always freakin' cold, there's too many damn rocks, and you can't eat on the beach! WTF? I'm sticking with beautiful Fla. as my vacation destination.
