Wonderful news from the Emerald Isle, where voters in yesterday's referendum approved marriage equality by 62 to 38 percent, with a turnout of 60 percent. The crowd in Dublin reacts:

It seems just and right for Ireland to be leading the way here and I hope the Supreme Justices take note: if a largely Catholic country can approve marriage equality by popular vote, how can they not.
I was never so proud my grandfather was born in Ireland.
